Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Free delivery on all orders, despatched by 2nd class Royal Mail. You should receive your order between 3-5 working days of confirmation of postage.
We try our best to keep our stock levels accurate. If something you order is out of stock a full refund will always be offered and you will be given the chance to choose a suitable alternative.
Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept returns. However, if your item is damaged in transit, we are happy to offer an exchange on returns within 7 days of you receiving the order.
Please return the item to the address below with a note of your name, order number and instructions on whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you don’t know your order number please contact us and we’ll help.

Who covers the cost of returning an item?
We will cover the cost of an order damaged in transit.
Something not right with your order?
Occasionally we make mistakes when packing your order! If you think we’ve sent the wrong item, please get in touch here and we’ll do everything we can to help. If we’ve made a mistake then, of course, we will cover the cost of return postage.
